Adult programs

$50 for Thursday, Friday & Saturday | Price increase to $75 on April 15
$20 for Saturday only | Price increase to $30 on April 15

Program fee does NOT include meals or housing.

  • Ages 18+
    8:30-5pm
    This includes morning worship services, main sessions, workshops, presentations, discussions, service projects, creative offerings, activities, spiritual explorations and interpersonal connections. It also includes the Saturday evening social event.

Please note: Actual program costs are $190 per person. For those willing and able, donations above $50 per person would be gratefully accepted to offset costs.

Children’s programs

Program fee does NOT include meals or housing.

  • Ages 0-2 years
    8:30 am - 12:30 pm childcare offered on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
    1:30 - 5 pm Planned family friendly activities (adult supervision required).
  • Ages 3-8 years
    8:30 am - 12:30 pm Cathedral Camp on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. It is a wonderful opportunity for young children to learn beautiful stories from the Word, sing songs, play games, have fun, and play with other young children.
    1:30 - 5 pm Planned family friendly activities (adult supervision required).
  • *The Cathedral Camp program starts on Thursday, June 18. However, if would like your child to attend the Wednesday of Cathedral Camp, they are welcome to do so at no extra cost to you. Once registered for the Retreat, Joanne Kiel will reach out to you and see if this is of interest to you. Or alternatively you can email Joanne Kiel at [email protected].
  • Ages 9-10 years
    8:30am-12:30 pm Thursday and Friday - Glencairn Medieval Camp to learn about life in the Middle Ages. Celebrate medieval times by participating in activities that include cooking, crafts, boar hunts, sword play and archery.
    1:30 – 3:30 pm Thursday and Friday and 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Saturday
    Glencairn Museum has generously created an all-new program for Retreat children, the Create and Curate Club. Children are invited to Glencairn Museum for an immersive exploration of art and artifacts. Children will have the opportunity to be creative based on their engagement with museum objects.
    3:30 – 5:00 pm Planned family friendly activities (adult supervision required)
  • *The Medieval Camp program, through the Retreat, starts on Thursday, June 18. However, if you would like your child to attend the Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th of Medieval Camp, they are welcome to do so. Once registered for the Retreat, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to Glencairn’s registration platform, FareHarbor, to register and pay for these additional days.

Youth Programs

Program fee does NOT include meals or housing.

  • Ages 11-13 years
    8:30am- 3:30pm Retreat Camp at ANCSS Thursday, Friday & Saturday
    8-10pm Thursday social event
    This program will focus on being useful. Each day will begin with worship and have a theme. There will be opportunities to be creative, focus on the world around us, explore nature, be active and mindful, and participate in a service project. The Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools have very generously offered to run Retreat Camp at no cost to the GC Retreat and we are very grateful for the faculty and staff giving of their time and energy to run this program.
    3:30 – 5:00 pm Planned family friendly activities (adult supervision required)
  • Ages 14-17 years
    8:30am-5pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday
    8-10pm on Thursday social event.
    This program will include targeted workshops, service projects, games, activities, small group sessions, worship services, social activities and an evening pool party.

For those willing and able, donations above $50 per person would be gratefully accepted to offset costs.
